I recently entrusted the services of the Waldorf Real Estate Company to assist me with the sale of two properties that were a part of my mother’s estate. I reached out to Jon Waldorf in order to interview him and learn about his company, their reputation, how competent they were regarding real estate, and overall likability. Jon was very pleasant and responsive to my concerns and questions. The properties that I needed to liquidate were somewhat challenging to package and a good real estate strategy was needed. Jon visited the properties, took photos, and conferred with me on possible ways to move forward with listing the properties. He would communicate with me throughout the process and ask questions, verify information, and wait for my approval on all matters before proceeding with the next steps. I must say that Jon made this potentially difficult situation palatable and his guidance, responsiveness, and real estate competency helped to make this process successful. Jon went above and beyond the normal duties of a real estate agent and these traits made it possible for us to close on the properties in a rapid and positive time frame.
